The Last Letter from Your Lover Premiere Party Was a Swoon Fest

Author Jojo Moyes and more joined us for an exclusive preview of the new Netflix film

In reasons to stay up late on a school night: We hosted the exclusive digital premiere of The Last Letter from Your Lover, the new Netflix adaptation of Jojo Moyes epistolary romance.

We dove head first into all that juicy will-they-won’t-they romantic suspense, while swooning over all of the dreamy French locations, the soundtrack, costumes, and visual eye candy. Jennifer’s bookshelves, much?! Sure, there were questions left unanswered — are we really supposed to believe Boot never wrote Jenny a single letter even though her P.O. box was open the whole time?

Luckily we were able to come out of our romantic haze to ask a few questions and check out what the cast and crew had to say about the film. Take a peek and let us know what you think about the film…so far our Reese’s Book Club members are swooning.

Stories are more than words on page — they’re memory, tradition, and love carried across generations.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re honoring the voices that keep culture alive. In A Cuban Girl’s Guide to Tea and Tomorrow by Laura Taylor Namey, a Cuban-American teen finds herself far from Miami, but never far from the heart of home:

“Our story, our people live on in these words. They grow between pages that are sized to fit between a reader’s hands. Small, yes, but somehow they hold us all.”

Here’s to honoring the voices that remind us where we come from– and where we’re going. Drop a 🇨🇺 if you've read A Cuban Girl's Guide to Tea and Tomorrow (or if it's on your TBR!)
