Terms & Conditions

Please see the below terms and conditions for the Reese’s Book Club (“RBC”) Pass the Pick Program (“PTP Program”). By signing up for this program, you acknowledge and agree to each of the below terms and conditions.

As part of the PTP Program, you may elect to share your mailing address with another participant in the PTP Program to receive books, and others may similarly share their address(es) with you as you share books with them. As a sharing party, you acknowledge and agree that you will only send book(s) associated with the PTP Program and specifically agree not to send books, magazines, notes, or other materials that are derogatory, pornographic, or otherwise harmful to fellow readers or to RBC and its affiliates. You also specifically agree to not include any weapons, threats, or illegal or otherwise inappropriate materials when sending books as part of this program. Please do not include additional materials with your mailings, only RBC book picks and the associated materials which may be provided by RBC in connection with the PTP Program.

You also agree that you will only use addresses voluntarily provided by other members of The Readership to send an RBC book pick and RBC provided materials by mail for the purpose of this program. You expressly agree not to share any other member’s mailing address(es) with any third party. By participating in the PTP Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating and providing your personal information to other members of The Readership voluntarily and at your own risk. You also acknowledge and agree that you are a legal adult age eighteen (18) or older.

Reese’s Book Club, LLC shall not be responsible to you for any shipping or other costs which may be required for participation in the PTP program.

Reese’s Book Club, LLC and each of its employees and affiliated entities expressly disclaim any liability in connection to books provided through the PTP program (or the conditions of such books), materials provided, shipment packaging and/or timing, COVID-19 exposure, missing or stolen book(s), and/or any other risks which may be associated in connection with the PTP Program. You further expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reese’s Book Club, LLC and each of its employees and affiliated entities from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your negligence, wrongful acts, or willful misconduct in connection with your participation in the PTP Program.
