LITUP IS YOUR BOOK JOY IN ACTION.

LitUp by Reese’s Book Club is the signature initiative of , our pay-it-forward platform on a mission to advance literacy, elevate underrepresented voices, and make book joy available to all. By joining Reese’s Book Club and shopping The Picks from our partners on the book pages of this app, you’ll help five first-time women authors get their manuscripts published.

With the support of our friends at We Need Diverse Books and Madcap Retreats, in partnership with Google, Buick and Emerson Collective, we’re flipping the manuscript by putting our book-loving muscle behind five highly qualified women writers.

PAGING DYNAMIC, UNDERREPRESENTED, SUPER TALENTED WOMEN AUTHORS.

LitUp is currently accepting applicants for its first fellowship cycle. The fellowship provides five emerging writers with an all-expenses-paid retreat, a three-month mentorship with a published author, and marketing support from Reese’s Book Club. LitUp is a journey and we’re with you every step of the way.

The LitUp Roadmap:

ARE YOU READY TO BREAK IN AND BREAK THROUGH?

Perfect! Our first LitUp by Reese’s Book Club fellowship is seeking diverse women writers who meet our eligibility requirements and are ready to hone their craft and turn their manuscripts into published works.

Honoring Native American Heritage Day with a spotlight on three powerful stories by Native authors: To the Moon and Back by Elliana Ramage, Looking for Smoke by K.A. Cobell, and Firekeeper’s Daughter by Angeline Boulley.

Each of these books offers a vivid, moving look at love, community, identity, and truth — and reminds us how essential Native voices are to the heart of our bookshelves.

We hope you pick up one of these stories today (or add them to your #TBR) and take a moment to celebrate the brilliance and depth of Native storytelling.

What Native-authored books have stayed with you, and which are you adding to your TBR? 💛📚
